We have split the user interface of our DXCluster module into two parts. The first part is a streamlined interface for fast interaction with the cluster node. The second part is an advanced view of the interface where you can control the DXSpider cluster node like you were connected to it via Telnet.

The streamlined interface will let you set filters by simply clicking the filter buttons on the right side. At the moment there are filters for modes and bands available. Sooner or later we may implement more filter options.

You are not able to enter spots in the streamlined interface. If you want to enter spots you have to switch over to the advanced interface. The advanced interface lets you interact with the cluster node through some predefined forms like setting your personal information, ask for node links and users, post and show announcements or show information related to a callsign or prefix. Advanced users can manage their filter settings through the advanced filter form. Via the input field you can control the DXSpider node with all available DXSpider commands, see command HELP for more information. This is alse the place where you can enter your spots.


Background notifications

A complete new function of the DXCluster module is the so called background notification. Basically you are now able to set some callsigns that you are interested in and you will get a sound notification if any of this callsigns is spotted. The magic about this feature is that you dont even need to have the DXCluster view open. All you need to do is connecting the cluster node and afterwards you can browse the whole socialhams website and you will get informed as soon as one of your wanted spots is available. As long as you did a connection to the cluster node and you browse at least one page on socialhams you always will receive notifications in background. If you go back to the DXCluster page you can see your wanted spots in green color.

To specify your wanted spots just enter a callsign or at least a prefix in the "Notify spots" line. It is also possible to enter multiple callsigns or prefixes separeted by blanks. To remove the callsign or prefix simply click the corresponding button. To stop background notifications at all you have to either remove all wanted spots or disconnect from the cluster node.

Nous avons divisé l'interface utilisateur de notre module DXCluster en deux parties. La première partie est une interface simplifiée pour une interaction rapide avec le node de cluster. La deuxième partie est une vue avancée de l'interface où vous pouvez contrôler le node du cluster DXSpider comme si vous y étiez connecté via Telnet.

L'interface simplifiée vous permettra de définir des filtres en cliquant simplement sur les boutons de filtre sur le côté droit. À l'heure actuelle il y a des filtres disponibles pour les modes et bandes. Tôt ou tard, nous mettrons en œuvre plus de filtres.

Vous ne pouvez pas spoter dans l'interface simplifiée. Si vous voulez inscrire des spots, vous devez passer par l'interface avancée. L'interface avancée vous permet d'interagir avec le node de cluster à travers de certains formulaires prédéfinis tels que la configuration de vos informations personnelles, demander des liens de nodes et d'utilisateurs, poster et/ou afficher des informations relatives à un indicatif ou un préfixe. Les utilisateurs avancés peuvent gérer leurs paramètres de filtrage via le formulaire de filtre avancé. Via le champ de saisie, vous pouvez contrôler le node DXSpider grâce à toutes les commandes existantes pour DXSpider ; voir la commande HELP (AIDE) pour plus d'information. C'est aussi l'endroit où vous pouvez entrer vos spots.


Notifications en arrière-plan

Une nouvelle fonctionnalité du module de DXCluster est ce que l'on peut recevoir les notifications en arrière-plan. Fondamentalement, vous êtes maintenant en mesure de suivre certains indicatifs qui vous intéressent et vous entendrez un son de notification si l'un de ces indicatifs est repéré. L'avantage est que vous n'êtes même pas obligé de rester en visu sur la page du DXCluster. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est de connecter le DXCluster, ensuite vous pouvez parcourir l'ensemble

du site Web. Vous serez tenu informé dès que l'un de vos points de recherche (WANTED) sera disponible. Tant que vous avez une connexion avec le DXCluster et que vous naviguerez sur au moins une page sur Socialhams, vous pourrez toujours recevoir des notifications en arrière-plan. Si vous retournez à la page du DXCluster vous pouvez voir vos spots recherchés en couleur verte.

Pour spécifier vos spots recherché, vous avez juste à entrer un indicatif ou à minima un préfixe dans la ligne "Notification des spots" (Notify spots). Il est également possible d'entrer plusieurs indicatifs ou préfixes séparés par des blancs. Pour supprimer l'indicatif ou préfixe cliquez simplement sur le bouton correspondant. Pour arrêter les notifications d'arrière-plan, vous devez soit supprimer tous les spots, soit vous déconner du DXCluster.
